Mobile POS Android and iOS App Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us at Future POS Inc ("Future POS Inc.", "our", "us", "we"). This statement of privacy describes what personal data we collect through our Mobile POS app and how we use it. By using the Mobile POS app, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Mobile POS collects information for performing general operations as a point of sale terminal, and to interact with other Future POS Inc point of sale products.

1. Device Identifier
   
   Your device identifier is used to control your device's access to data within the point of sale network to which you are connected.
2. Camera Data
   
   Your device's camera may be used for the purpose of scanning QR codes or bar codes.
3. Voice Data
   
   Voice data is used if you activate the voice item search to find items by speaking.
4. Location Data
   
   The device may use your location if you activate delivery directions within the software.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Mobile POS is intended to be used as part of a point of sale system. The data we collect is used to interact with that system and capture sale and customer related information. Any data collected is used either temporarily or stored as part of the sale or customer data in the central database of the Future POS installation which you connect to.

3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We will not rent, sell or otherwise share the information enumerated in section 1 with any third party outside of Future POS Inc.

4. LOGS

Your interactions with Mobile POS are logged for audit and quality purposes within the Future POS installation you connect to. These interactions include but are not limited to the operations you perform on sales within the system.

6. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is subject to periodic updates. Please periodically review this privacy policy. Your continued use of the Mobile POS app after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.
